Four bacterial strains, A-IN1T, A-TC2T, E-TC7T, and K-TC2T, isolated from soil-borne nematodes of the species Oscheius tipulae Acrobeloides bodenheimeri, were found to represent new genera Acinetobacter, Alcaligenes, Enterobacter, Kaistia, respectively. In this study, we described these using a polyphasic taxonomic approach that included whole-genome whole-proteome phylogenomic reconstructions, core genome sequence comparisons, phenotypic characterization. Phylogenomic reconstructions sequences show A-IN1T is closely related Acinetobacter guillouiae DSM 590T bereziniae LMG 1003T. The dDDH values between latest strains are 25.1 39.6%, respectively, which below 70% divergence threshold for prokaryotic delineation. A-TC2T Alcaligenes faecalis subsp. 30030T phenolicus 16503T. 47.0 66.3%, addition, 30030T, 16503T, parafaecalis always lower than 70%, demonstrating three within genus rather subspecies faecalis.
